A multi-unit residential development progressed through structure, envelope, roofing, finishes and external works.

The project illustrates a complete residential construction sequence—from blockwork, reinforcement and formwork to roofing, façade finishing and occupation-ready external presentation. Quality control and consistent monitoring were central to maintaining the intended residential standard.
